Désormais, Attijariwafa bank détient 51% du capital de SCB Cameroun, le reste étant détenu par l’Etat du Cameroun. Le Conseil d’Administration de la SCB Cameroun, réuni ce vendredi 08 avril 2011 à Paris, a pris acte de cette cession et a accepté la démission des Administrateurs apparentés au groupe Crédit Agricole S.A. et la nomination de ceux représentant Attijariwafa bank, nouvel actionnaire de référence de SCB Cameroun.
